PRODUCTS, PRICING, AND ORDERS
Product descriptions, images, colors, options, and prices are provided to help you choose. Screen settings may affect how colors appear. Custom work is priced by quote. The price, specifications, quantities, decoration, payment terms, and timing for a custom order are confirmed in the applicable quote, invoice, checkout, or order communication. An online request or quote request is not an accepted order until Northcoast Imprints confirms it.

CUSTOM WORK AND CUSTOMER MATERIALS
Please review item details, sizes, colors, quantities, artwork, spelling, and any proof supplied before approving production. Tell us promptly about corrections. You may provide garments or other materials for decoration when we agree to accept them for the job. You are responsible for having the rights or permission to use artwork, names, logos, and other materials you provide. You authorize us to use those materials to prepare and complete your order. We may decline work that we cannot produce or that appears to violate another person's rights or applicable law.

PAYMENT, PICKUP, AND DELIVERY
Payment is due as stated in the checkout or invoice for your order. Pickup, shipping, or delivery arrangements and any related charges are shown at checkout or confirmed in the applicable quote or order communication. Please contact us promptly if there is a problem with an order so we can review the details and discuss available options. Any specific written terms provided for your order apply to that order.
